Located in Ham Lake, Minnesota, Ascension Fitness Training is different than most gyms. First, we use a concept we call “Open Training.” At Ascension Fitness Training, you will be working with a certified personal trainer every time you are at the gym. The trainer will design your workouts, discuss your nutrition, motivate you, and push you to excel. It is “Open” training because you are free to come in any time we are open (no appointments needed) and train for any duration of your choosing.
