As an art therapist, my goal is to facilitate creative expression in a safe, comfortable environment. Traditional talk therapy is beneficial for many people, but sometimes there just aren't words to express our true feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Through artistic expression, the subconscious begins to reveal what the unconscious mind represses. Once this information is visible, the healing process can begin.
