For four decades, Collingwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has offered comprehensive 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy services. Among our Centers of Excellence are respiratory and tracheostomy care, onsite dialysis center and Alzheimer's/dementia care, hospice and palliative care. Both private and semi-private rooms are available. Collingswood is an American Health Care Association Bronze Award winner in its first year of application.
