Brook Lane Health Services, based in Hagerstown, Md., is a private, nonprofit center with a main campus located near Leitersburg, Md., and several satellite locations throughout the region. The center was established in 1946 by the Mennonite Church. It provides mental health services, such as inpatient care, partial hospitalization, outpatient treatment, consultations, psychiatric rehabilitation programs, and educational services and evaluation programs.
