Offering a holistic (body-mind-spirit) approach to psychotherapy, I have been accompanying and supporting adults for over 15 years, as they uncover their best, truest self. With advanced degrees in clinical social work and pastoral counseling, I enjoy addressing such issues as grief/loss/life transitions (death, unemployment, aging, infertility, miscarriage, separation/divorce, retirement) as well as intimacy, addictions, anxiety and depression.
