Charles Velasquez has been in the building business for over twenty years. He is proficient in all aspects of the building process, such as custom homes, renovations, and commercial work. He has successfully completed housing subdivisions while working for The Airston Group, such as Lake Manassas in Gainesville Virginia and Sumner Lake in Manassas Virginia. He has worked with Ryland homes on projects in South Riding Virginia. Mr. Velasquez has also completed commercial work for the Town of Herndon. Charles has the education, expertise and work ethic to complete any project that he takes on. His education includes a Construction Management degree from NOVA. His impeccable motivation and skills are sure to please anyone that he works with.
