We all struggle from time to time and these struggles can sabotage our relationships with ourselves, our families and our colleagues. Therapy can be that much needed intervention to identify and change the destructive patterns that keep us from enjoying our lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my practice is client-centered, by this I mean that the focus is on the client in their environment as well as their internal world. Being client-centered also means the focus is on what the client thinks is important. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore the internal and external barriers that are preventing the client from meeting the challenges that life presents.
