Hartman and Egeli, LLP, located in Annapolis, Maryland, traces its roots to the 1931 firm of Fell and Hartman, co-founded by Edgar T. Fell and Stanley E. Hartman. The Firm is currently managed by C. Edward Hartman, III, Stanley Hartman’s grandson, and Matthew A. Egeli. The Firm was originally founded with a specialty in maritime law and to this day continues to serve clients with maritime issues. Over the years, however, Hartman and Egeli, LLP’s attorneys have developed expertise in many other areas of the law, and the Firm’s present clients include multi-state financial institutions, publicly traded companies, family-held businesses and individuals.
