Being in operation since 1950, Hilltown Community Health Centers Inc. is a non-profit health center providing medical, dental, behavioral health and eye care services to the rural hill town communities of Western Massachusetts. Based in Worthington, Mass., it provides an array of medical services, such as preventive, acute, elder and pediatric care, physical exams, gynecological exams, laboratory and podiatry services. Hilltown Community Health Centers Inc. provides a variety of dental services, including preventative and acute care, including cleanings, fillings, root canals, dental implants, crowns, bridges, periodontal work and extractions.
