The Home Stores core business is modular home sales on a scattered lot basis. Our typical modular housing customer builds a custom designed home on a lot they have purchased in the community of their choice.  Owner Andy Gianinos Ph.D. in clinical psychology and his impressive accomplishments in that field prior to The Home Store have helped him build a strong people-oriented organization.
