B.A.M. Pilates, formerly known as Latti Datti Pilates, is a small fitness studio, specializing in Pilates (Apparatus and Mat), Classical Ballet Barre, and Dance. B.A.M. opened May 1, 2015 under ownership of Jessie Knuth, a Carver native who recently moved back from New York City. Situated within Live Life Believe, B.A.M. is bringing Pilates to athletes of all kinds in hopes of showing how proper alignment, strength, and resistance training can improve all other forms of exercise. We offer private, duet, group, and open mat classes. All levels welcome!
