The company was founded by William O'Brien and ran successfully for many years. Later purchased by Arthur and Jean Begley in 1982. Then subsequently purchased by Jeffrey and Bernice Begley in 1999. The primary services that the company provides are Tax Preparation and Financial Advising/Retirement and life insurance.
