Formerly J. George Picard & Sons, Inc, Picard Construction Corporation was established by J. George Picard in 1934 as a small contracting business focusing on residential remodeling and custom built homes. The family owned business was incorporated in 1964 and was run by J. George Picard's sons ; George J. Picard and Ronald E. Picard. Ronald's son-in-law, Christopher ( Chris ) L. Clarke, joined the company in December 1994 and purchased the company in May of 2000. Chris has continued the demand for quality construction while providing a personalized service for the company's customer
