Established in 1965, the Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a family-owned and operated 90-plus-bed facility that offers a range of health care services. It is a member of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association and accredited by the Joint Commission. The agency provides a variety of pain and wound management, respite care, and short- and long-term rehabilitative services. The Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center conducts a range of speech, occupational and physical therapies. It also serves people with dementia.
