The Law office of Richard L Fox has over 40 years experience practicing law. My area of concentration is divorce, family law and civil litigation. In 2008 and 2009 Richard L Fox Attorney was recognized by Boston Globe as Massachusetts Super Lawyer. For over 15 years, I have serviced as Conciliator for the Lowell Civil Sessions of the Middlesex Superior Court. As a Conciliator I have worked with parties and their counsel to aid them in resolving their differences and settling their cases prior to trial. I completed an Executive Mediation Training Program given by Mediation Works Incorporated and have successfully mediated several divorce matters. I am available for mediation in divorce matters and conciliation in civil matter
