Based in Brockton, Mass., Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 120 Bed, skilled care facility that provides health care services. The health care center has been operational since 1939, and offers a range of services, such as pain management, intravenous therapy, total parental nutrition, oxygen therapy, post cardiac monitoring, wound care, stroke rehabilitation and care planning, among others. In addition, it provides hospice care, short term rehabilitation, respite care, general evaluation and observation services prior to hospitalization. Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is the first health care center in Brockton accredited by the Joint Commission.
