Over 30 years ago Rayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center opened its doors to the community providing traditional nursing home care. As health care and community needs evolved we expanded our services to include sub-acute rehabilitation, and hospice services. We serve to bridge the gap in health care and housing needs for the older adults in the larger community.
