Obsessive compulsive disorder. Phase of life issues. Divorce. Grief. Substance abuse/ addiction. And self esteem issues. These issues CAN BE resolved by learning HOW to manage them with some basic life skills and sometimes a referral to a physician for medications that address the symptoms of the problem.
