Our family gym offers interactive group classes that combine gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning (cardio) in everchanging combinations that will leave you and your body guessing what comes next! Martial Arts: Our Evolution Training, LLC martial arts program is run by Ernest "Waffle" Ellender, PhD, who earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under David Camarillo's Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu syste
