Longbranch Recovery & Wellness Center is a Joint Commission-accredited addiction treatment and mental health facility in Abita Springs, Louisiana, serving the greater New Orleans area. Our campus provides medically supervised detox and residential treatment for alcohol, opioid, benzodiazepine, stimulant and other substance use disorders, with dual-diagnosis care for co-occurring PTSD, depression and anxiety. Our 360° Wellness approach treats the mind, body, spirit and family as a whole, supported by intensive outpatient programs in Covington and Metairie, a Veterans Extended Care Program, and long-term aftercare and alumni support.
