Universal Homes of Kentucky is all about providing Tomorrow’s Homes Today: homes that are affordable with a great value, energy efficient (Energy Star Rated), environmentally responsible (Green Build Emphasis), and designs welcoming to all (Universal Design); homes with features that will continue to delight their owners long after closing day. Universal Homes of Kentucky is a Limited Liability Corporation formed in 2009 in honor of a loved one who was confined to a wheelchair in the final months of her life.  She was unable to access or move about independently in her home.  From this, the passion and vision for Universal Homes of Kentucky was born --- belief that people should be better prepared to handle adversities and have options when life changes occu
