Our vision is to help lowto moderate-income families obtain affordable housing and become financially self-sufficient. Reach accomplishes this by providing budget, credit, and homeownership education as well as down payment and closing cost assistance. REACH, Inc, is a consortium of organizations that were established in 1995 to help the lowto moderate-income families and individuals of Central Kentucky become first-time home buyers.
