For more than 40 years, Colonial Health and Rehabilitation Center has been a provider of health care facilities in the Bardstown region. Based in Bardstown, Ky., it offers a range of services, such as short-term rehabilitation service, physical, occupational as well as speech therapy, nursing care and long-term care, among others. The center also provides an array of skilled nursing services, which include wound care, dressing changes, administering monitoring I.V. therapy (Intravenous therapy), administering medications and giving injections.
