I am attorney Curtis Holmes, founder of Holmes Law Office, LLC, in Olathe, Kansas. I began practicing law in 1991 with a commitment to helping individuals who face a variety of legal issues, from DUI defense to divorce, bankruptcy to bringing legal action against employers, police officers and others who violate individuals' civil rights. I was thrust into important courtroom battles almost immediately upon graduating from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. One of my first cases was defending a client against manslaughter charges.
