PathLight Alliance Counseling/therapy services is an open door to families and individuals experiencing stress or conflict in their lives, Symptoms may include anxiety, depression, anger, child opposition, or more subtle mood changes. My specialty is working with families who may be experiencing stress in the area of relationship dynamics; between parents' and child, and/or with the extended family interdependency. I work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma and may be feeling present day anxiety/depression, inner conflict and sense of lost identity. My goal is to bring tools to relieve the painful symptoms using various modalities unique to each individual/family.
