Pulaski Health Care Center is a nonprofit, skilled nursing facility owned and operated by Pulaski Health Foundation. It offers a spectrum of services for older adults and is located in Winamac, Ind. The center s care programs include recreational activities, personal care, meal planning, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. Pulaski Health Care Center features rooms with heating and air conditioning units, televisions, telephones, tables, chairs and closets. The center also features resident lounges, activity rooms and outdoor patios. Its special care unit has rooms with Lazy Boy recliners. Established in 1987, Pulaski Health Care Center is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility.
