The Dunn Center, an affiliate of Centerstone, has been providing specialized behavioral health services for more than 45 years. The center offers residential, medication management, mental illness recovery and substance abuse prevention services. It serves over 5,500 residents annually and operates facilities in Fayette, Henry, Monroe, Randolph, Rush, Union and Wayne counties in Indiana. Centerstone is a nonprofit organization and one of the largest providers of community-based, behavioral health care services in the United States. The parent organization offers a range of educational services to nearly 75,000 individuals, including children, adults, adolescents and senior citizen
