Established in 1951 by Milton "Josh" Fineberg, Fineberg Group began as single and multi-family residential builders in the greater Indianapolis area, responsible for the construction of over 3, 000 residential units and numerous apartment and subdivision complexes. In the mid 60's, Fineberg Group began developing and managing commercial retail and office properties, focusing in Carmel and the greater Indianapolis area markets.Josh's son, Mark, joined the company in 1974 and brought with him a fresh approach for continuing the growth and reputation of the company.
