In 1967, E. Pat Carter, Jr., launched the first private practice audiology establishment in the state of Indiana. In partnership with several ear, nose and throat physicians, Pat developed an unprecedented reputation in the Fort Wayne community and throughout the state as one of the premier audiologists and private practice hearing aid dispensing groups servicing the needs of hearing impaired individuals. In 1988, Dr. Mark P. Carter joined the practice and the company began expanding their hearing aid dispensing services into neighboring communities throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. In 1997, Pat and Mark joined a large ear, nose and throat practice to help expand their audiology and hearing care service
