North Country Massage is a massage therapy practice focused around bodywork and holistic living. We aim to provide personalized treatments to each and every client and to consistently surpass client expectations. We believe that the human body knows exactely how to heal and that it strives towards staying in balance every minute of the day. However, sometimes life, our minds, work, or poor habits get in the way of our body's natural healing process. We believe it is a massage therapist's job to help our clients become more in tune with their bodies and that way help the client find their way back to their body's natural healing path.
