Gloria has been a counselor, in private practice, for over 17 years. In addition to her traditional counseling training, she has been trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She has also received training in the techniques of meditation, guided imagery, and thought field therapy (TFT). Gloria is comfortable blending traditional talk therapy counseling with less traditional, cutting-edge techniques. Each client is encouraged to be an active participant in their therapy.
