TESH is a rehabilitation organization that assists people who are disabled and disadvantaged to achieve their highest level of independence. The center is a community-based nonprofit organization and was founded in 1976. It provides an array of services, including vocational training and skills building, employment opportunities, independent living and provides residential support to more than 600 people a year.
