Sports Rub massage therapy was founded in 1992 and was located downtown boise.  We are still serving downtown boise and the north end.   Paula Lenz Kerr is the owner and is also a certified life coach.   After practicing massage for 18 years I believe strongly in the mind and body connection.  If one can relieve the stress between our ears (the mind), then it will relieve the body as well.  My experience with clients over the past 18 years has taught me the common threads that cause people stress in their lives. Rubbing the body to relieve it's tension is as important as clients decompressing their mind by sharing their thoughts about what is keeping them awake at night.
