Brian E. Buckmeier graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School in May of 1987. He became licensed to practice state law in Iowa and Nebraska in 1988. Brian is licensed before the Federal District Court in Nebraska and the Northern District of Iowa to handle federal court cases. \ u200B Brian has been practicing law for 28 years in Sioux City and the surrounding area. He started his practice as a prosecuting attorney for 4 years with the Woodbury County Attorneys Office and handled all levels of cases from simple misdemeanors to murder cases. Brian has completed a large number of hearings, trials and jury trials in all areas of the law. Brian has been in private practice for the past 24 year
