Mount Pleasant Electric Contractors, Inc was started in April of 1963. Brothers Richard ( Dick ) and Rodney ( Butch ) Wittich and brother-in-law Bob Shaw purchased Sanders Electric. Todd Mabeus and Douglas Holtkamp joined Dick and Butch Wittich as co-owners in 1989 and 1996 respectively and are the current owners. As the largest electrical contractor in Mount Pleasant, these owners are pleased to be involved with many community projects. Accepting a limited number of out-of-town jobs allows Mount Pleasant Electric to concentrate on their faithful, local customers. Many of the factories in Mount Pleasant depend on the expertise of Mount Pleasant Electric electricians to trouble-shoot their electrical problem
