Sacred Forest Healing was started by Kaylyn Olson in early 2013 after graduating from massage therapy school. Kaylyn graduated from East-West School of Integrative Healing Arts in February 2013 specializing in Swedish massage and Asian Bodywork as well as specializing in Energy Healing. She is also a Reiki Master and has received training in Healing Touch up to level 2. In the state of Iowa it is required to have a minimum of 600 hours of training through a board approved school. Kaylyn has received 1,000 hours of training through East-West School of Integrative Healing Arts, a board approved school.
