Dubuque Nursing and Rehab Center is a 98 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located in the attractive West End area of Dubuque. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility providing rehabilitation and long-term care services.Our Rehab to Home program has in-house staff and licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists who work closely with the resident, family, and nursing staff to develop an individualized therapy program. We are proud of our successful rehabilitation record. On average, half of all our residents admitted have successfully returned home.
