Stephanie specializes in myofascial release (John Barnes') and is also a Functional Health coach and Stott Pilates Instructor. She whole heartedly gets the the root of the client's chronic pain and symptoms. Her background allows her to see the body as a whole and see the bigger picture instead of focusing on one aspect of the client's health and wellbeing. Bodywork by Steph's team listens and tailors each therapeutic massage to the needs of the individual client.
