The basic philosophy of our massage therapy practice embraces the concept of facilitating the ability of your body to heal itself, and achieve or increase health and well-being. Since touch is the fundamental medium of therapeutic massage, and usually involves some degree of pressure and movement, our massage therapists use touch with sensitivity in order to determine the optimal amount of pressure to use for you.
