BROM Builders, Inc, began in 1978 with a unique blend of talent, hard work and dedication. The three brothers that started BROM Builders -- Joe, Mike and Rico Mastronunzio -- over the years have established a tradition of quality, service, and excellence. Located in Norwich, Connecticut, BROM has built hundreds of homes ranging from single family residential homes to multi-family condominiums and town homes, both independently and with others.
