Gene Melchionne graduated from Drake University School of Law in 1980 where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is also the Connecticut State Chair.   Along with fellow lawyer, Jay Fleischman, he hosts the Money Go Roundtable podcast on iTunes.  (www.moneygoroundtable.com)  He co-founded and formerly served as the President of the Bankruptcy Law Network, a website devoted to providing bankruptcy, credit,and mortgage information to consumers.  Anoccasional contributor to the Legal Practice Pro, he plans on expanding that role advising attorneys nationwide on various issues of technology in the law office.  (ww
