Established in 1991, PrimeCare provides a variety of services for individuals with disabilities. The organization employs more than 250 staff members who serve over 240 individuals at nearly 15 locations throughout Connecticut. It offers nursing, psychiatric and behavioral health care services. PrimeCare operates group homes across Connecticut licensed as community living arrangements by the state Department of Mental Retardation. The organization provides consultation and training services in behavior and disability management, habilitative programming and adaptations to the environment.
