Clients come to psychotherapy for many reasons, and my job is to learn about your concerns in order to design a course of psychotherapy that will effectively move you towards feeling well and functioning at your optimum capacity across all facets of your life.  For some clients, a few sessions of supportive counseling can get them through a difficult transition or help them make a tough decision.  Other clients work on coping skills and interpersonal relationships usingDialectical Behavior Therapy, and others are gaining insight about how their relationships (past and present) affect their sense of identity and their well-being through Relational Psychodynamic Therap
