The APT Foundation

About

Founded in 1970, APT Foundation promotes the health and recovery for those suffering with substance use disorders and mental illness. Based in New Haven, Conn., it provides an array of services, such as outpatient and residential substance use disorder treatment, primary health care and outpatient mental health treatment services. Additionally, the center offers medication assisted treatment, family counseling services and adult education and vocational services. APT Foundation holds accreditation with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
