Connecticut Yoga Center, located in Middletown, was founded in 2012.  The center is directed by it's founder; Yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist Erika Halford.  We offer Yoga classes to beginners and advanced practitioners.  We welcome those who have never tried Yoga but have heard of its benefits.  Everyone is welcome and will be made to feel comfortable regardless of physical condition or experience level.  Healing arts include: swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, reiki, group and private sound healing and private Yoga lessons.
