1. Before a CAREGIVER is referred. We will speak with YOU over the phone and meet in person for a home care needs assessment AT NO OBLIGATION. 2. We will design a plan customized to your needs and will match YOU with a CAREGIVER. 3. We will accompany the CAREGIVER on the first DAY of their assignment to ensure a smooth transition and answer ANY QUESTIONS. 4. We will follow UP on a regular basis to make sure that the CAREGIVER is a proper FIT and make ANY requested adjustments to the personalized plan.
