Golden Horizons Elder Care Services, Inc., founded in 1996 by Lisa Gradzewicz, is an in-home care agency that provides quality care to the elder population along the Connecticut Shoreline and into the Greater Hartford area. We serve four counties: Hartford County, Middlesex County, New Haven County, New London County. Mission - Our mission is to help seniors live an independent lifestyle while receiving the quality care they need. Caregivers - At Golden Horizons, we only hire thoroughly screened and experienced caregivers. All caregivers are bonded and insured with professional liability and worker's compensation, and are employees of Golden Horizon
