Perception Programs

Established in 1970, Perception Programs Inc. is a behavioral health agency based in Connecticut. The organization provides behavioral health services for individuals with substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, criminal behavior, HIV disease and associated at-risk behaviors. The agency offers a comprehensive line of outpatient services, case management, residential services and outreach initiatives. Perception Programs Inc. has been assessed as an Enhanced Co-occurring Treatment Provider by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). The organization is a member of the CT Association of Substance Abuse Agencies, CT AIDS Residence Coalition and Northeast Communities Against Substance Abuse.
