Formed in 1964, Colorado Bluesky Enterprises Inc. is a human services organization. Based in Pueblo, Colo., the firm offers life-span services for children and adults. It provides services to individuals with developmental conditions, such as down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, spina bifida, communication/neurological disorders and mental retardation. For children, the organization conducts early intervention program to improve speech/language, social skills, problem solving and reasoning and self-help skill development. Colorado Bluesky Enterprises Inc. receives funds from the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division for Developmental Disabilities and Federal Medicaid Funds.
