Life Care Center of Longmont has been providing services to the Longmont Community for over 25 years. We are proud to offer a continuum of care with assisted living, post-acute skilled nursing, short-term physical, occupational and speech therapies as well as outpatient rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is a focus at this facility, providing comprehensive individualized programs and services for patients of all ages.
